Vi sier 19 april, isen har så vidt sluppet elveleiet og vi er på plass. Endelig er sesongen i gang. Vi snudde et par stener og fant fort ut hva vi skulle binde på fortommen. Flomstore elver i Gudbrandsdalen hindrer ikke oss. Vi kastet oss i bilen og reiste inn i et annet dalføre. Ørretfiske ble fort til harrfiske da godelvene våre var både møkkete og flomstore. Etter en vellykket tur forrige helg så vi oss nødt til å prøve igjen. Samme elv, litt bedre vær og endelig vakende fisk. Alt lå til rette for at dette skulle bli bra! Selv med dårlig vær måtte vi prøve oss på en liten fisketur i dag. 1 plussgrad og snø i lufta er ingen hindring. Vi måtte prøve å ta kilosfisk begge to. Etter en vellykket fisketur etter ørret sto nå harren på ønskelista. I dag var det derfor Gudbrandsdalslågen som skulle til pers.
